Busan’s calling and it’s throwing a K-Pop party you won’t want to miss. Mark your calendars for June 8th and 9th, 2024, because the Busan One Asia Festival (BOF 2024) is back, bigger and better than ever!

This year, BOF is ditching its usual October slot and movin’ to the sunshine-filled days of June. Why the change? Well, let’s just say Busan‘s tourism industry whispered (okay, maybe shouted) that October was a bit too crowded for festival-goers. Plus, who wouldn’t want to see their favorite idols under a bright blue sky, right?

But BOF isn’t just about the main event. The festival is spreading the K-Love throughout Busan with the “Park Concert” for city residents and a whole bunch of side events. In addition to offering a diverse range of events beyond the K-Pop concerts, the Busan One Asia Festival will offer much more. There’ll be other attractions, including K-Beauty experiences and food vendors.

Speaking of idols, BOF 2024 is bringing the heat with a lineup that’ll have you fanning yourself (figuratively, of course, unless the dance moves get too hot). We’re talking K-Pop royalty like g.o.d. and Super Junior-D&E, alongside the next generation of chart-toppers like ZEROBASEONE and BOYNEXTDOOR. Basically, it’s a legendary meet-cute for the history books of K-Pop!

Groups like g.o.d. are considered pioneers of the genre, sure to bring nostalgia and excitement to longtime fans. They are one of the best-selling musical acts in Korean history. Super Junior-D&E represent the current wave of K-Pop, keeping the energy high. They are a sub-unit of the boy band Super Junior featuring members Donghae and Eunhyuk. The duo’s first studio album, “Countdown,” topped iTunes Top Albums charts in 22 countries when it was released in 2021.
